Your impact:
We are currently looking for a Junior Routing Specialist who will be responsible for monitoring the efficiency and accuracy of our routing system.
Some examples of your responsibilities:
- Setup and maintenance of the connectivity to both customers and providers
- Setup and management of our partners' accounts, including their purchase and selling prices
- Setup and oversight of connectivity tests and performance tests
- Buying and selling connections
- Representing the company in the course of industry events and conferences around the world
- Back-office support activities

What we are looking for - Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent proficiency in the English/Italian language
- Very fast learning
- Predisposition to communication and social intercourse in general
- Particular inclination to logical thinking and to problem solving
- Pronounced proactivity
- Good customer service attitude
